KD Consulting is a business consulting firm dedicated to supporting pediatric therapy and family-focused service organizations. Founded by Krista Denoff, KD Consulting works alongside providers to build ethical, scalable, and people-centered businesses that strengthen families and communities.
At the heart of our work is a strong commitment to supporting female-led businesses and women in leadership, while remaining inclusive and collaborative with all founders and executive teams. We believe that when women are supported and resourced in leadership, entire organizations and communities benefit.
We specialize in helping organizations navigate complex systems including credentialing, billing, compliance, operations, grant writing and funding strategy, and growth while keeping leadership clarity and mission alignment at the center.
